My Travel Essentials
I have traveled quite a bit over the years, and as a result, I’m always looking for things that will make my life easier when I’m on the road. I’ve found some very handy travel gadgets throughout my years of researching, buying, and trying new things, and I wanted to share all of my best finds with you here!
sunglasses case
This has been a game-changer, especially for my tropical getaways! I used to throw all my sunglasses in a pouch, and they would inevitably get squished and bent - but this keeps them all protected, and it has a convenient hanging loop so you can hang them on a hook!
travel jewelry case
I tried SO many jewelry cases for travel, and this was my favorite! The dividers are removable/adjustable, and it fits so much - and I love that it can sit open on a table so you can see all your jewelry clearly!
beis hanging cosmetic case
Speaking of BEIS…their hanging cosmetic case is a must! It fits all my toiletries (very important since I usually only bring a carry-on), it’s sleek, and I love that you can hang it so your cosmetics don’t have to take up any counter space.
beis travel carry-on
I almost always travel with a carry-on only, and this carry-on suitcase from BEIS is my ride-or-die. I am always and forever a fan of all things BEIS - this suitcase fits SO much stuff, it’s easy to clean, durable, and quite simply the most well-designed suitcase I have ever seen. It’s got a steep price tag for a suitcase, but trust me - it’s well worth it.
beis convertible weekender
It may seem redundant, but time and time again I’ve found BEIS bags to be the best, most well-designed travel bags out there. Their convertible weekender is no exception. It has a HUGE capacity, and it still fits under the seat! I usually have to lay it on its side, but if you don’t want to do that, you can simply remove the bottom piece and it will fit upright under the seat. It has so many pockets to keep everything organized, and it is very easy to clean - I’ve gotten all kinds of dirt and mud on mine, and have never had a hard time getting it back to new!
filtered water bottle
If you know me, you know I’m very picky about the water I drink - so I was thrilled when I found this water bottle! It filters out up to 99.9% of over 220 contaminants, so I can fill it up at just about any tap water source and feel good that I’m drinking clean water.
I have plenty more travel gadgets that I love and I will continue updating this post, but hopefully this gives you a good place to start if you’re looking for some basics for your next trip!
