My Beautycounter Favorites - Makeup
I am very passionate about finding personal care products that have clean ingredients, and Beautycounter has some of my absolute favorite makeup products that are super high-performance - and I love that I can feel good about the ingredients I’m putting on my skin.
These are all of my ride-or-die makeup products:
Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer
I tried tinted moisturizers from Ilia, Well People, Clove and Hallow, and Mineral Fusion, and this one easily came out on top. I love that it gives me SPF protection and light coverage all in one product, and it feels much more thick, luxurious, and hydrating than any of the competitors I tried. Plus, it doesn’t pill when you rub it in!
Sheer Genius Conditioning Lipstick
This is the ONLY lipstick I have ever tried that leaves my lips feeling more moisturized than before I put it on. I can use it in a pinch if I don’t have chapstick and I don’t have to worry about it drying out my lips! Twig is such a pretty neutral color, which I love because I’m not a huge fan of super intense-colored lipstick
Glow First Priming Serum
I love using this primer before I put on my makeup! It helps lock in moisture and makes the finish on my makeup so smooth.
Beyond Gloss
This lip gloss is so creamy, smells so good, and is so hydrating! I have never had a lip gloss that doesn’t dry out my lips so this one is a keeper. My favorite shades are Quartz (sheer) and Brulee.
Skin Twin Featherweight Foundation
I have tried just about every foundation under the sun (Ilia, Well People, Clove + Hallow, Mineral Fusion, etc.) and this one took the cake for me. I will caveat this by saying that it pairs best with the Glow First Priming Serum for dry skin - but I absolutely love the buildable coverage it provides! I typically use it like a concealer and just apply some to my cheeks and under my eyes, and it works like a charm to smooth out my skin tone!
Cheeky Clean Cream Blush
It took me a while to find the right color, but once I did I fell in love with this blush! It goes on so smooth and blends so well, and I love that the compact is refillable so once you buy your first one, you just pay for refills after that which is cheaper and more sustainable!
