Cabo Outfit Inspiration

Since I was a kid, I have had the privilege of being able to travel to several beachy, tropical locations. Living in Colorado, I can never get enough of the beach and the ocean when I get the chance!

Recently, I’ve been fortunate enough to travel multiple times to Cabo, and it has quickly become one of my favorite vacation spots. The flight from Colorado to Cabo is quick, it’s in the same time zone (making working remotely very easy), and the food and beaches are wonderful.

Since we go so regularly, I’ve started to build up a vacation-specific wardrobe that I don’t get to use much in Denver - so I thought I’d share some of my outfits with you!

ribbed brown midi dress

I was obsessed with this dress the moment I put it on. The fabric feels high-quality, and it’s very stretchy and comfortable! I love the versatility of this dress too - it works for a beach vacation or for events back in Denver, and it’s easy to dress up or down! I paired it with some nude heels and some sparkly gold statement earrings.

knit midi dress

This is yet another Amazon find! The fabric is more of a fine sweater-knit, but I find that especially for cooler nights in Cabo, it doesn’t get too hot. It’s very flattering and also extremely versatile! I paired it with some floral statement earrings and some cream sandals.

plunge maxi dress

As soon as I saw this Petal & Pup dress online I knew I wanted it! It sells out regularly and I can see why. I love a plunge neckline, and this one is balanced out by the coverage the length and sleeves provide - elegant and timeless! I paired it with some nude flip flops, bright statement earrings, and a straw clutch.

floral dress

This one is a little more colorful than I usually go for - but when in Mexico! The fabric is so airy and light, and the pattern is perfectly tropical. I paired it with a bamboo purse, some white petal earrings, and cream heels.

linen pants + tube top

Linen pants are a must for tropical locations! These pants from H&M are no longer available, but these linen pants from Athleta are amazing. This tube top from Express is super cute and stays up! I paired it with a straw handbag.

floral dress

This dress is perfect for destination weddings! It’s meant to be more of a midi dress, but since I’m petite it’s closer to a maxi dress for me. Such a stunning pattern that is perfect for the beach! I paired it with a bamboo purse and cream heels.

I hope this gives you some fun inspiration for your next tropical getaway!
